I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I will always get what I want, if I really want it. I have nothing but evidence of this. That seems to be the magic trump card for all day to day doubt in my life. No other techniques really seem to be necessary if you can get to the point where you no longer doubt the base premise: ask and ye shall receive.
